We’re proud to announce that AVEO, in close collaboration with our partner Wenture, has developed and launched a new AI-powered Customer Support Agent for the Estonian Building Registry (EHR).

EHR plays a central role in Estonia’s building ecosystem, managing essential information that thousands of people rely on every day. Until now, handling user requests often required hundreds of support calls each month. With the new AI Assistant, that experience changes.

The Assistant enables EHR users to interact directly with the platform and receive instant, natural, and accurate responses about the registry and building processes. It is intuitive, conversational, and available 24/7. For EHR, this means significant time savings — reducing the need for over 400 hours of monthly calls — and a smoother experience for their users.

This project is a clear example of how AI can make public digital services more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly.
